In July 2008 we announced our plans to undertake a significant upgrade to our information technology systems with the implementation of SAP by Answerthink. This implementation would provide us with a far superior infrastructure and would play a critical role in the continued growth of Hi-Tech Pharmacal. I am happy to report that in just 7 short months we achieved our objective. Effective March 2, 2009, we officially went live on SAP.
