Required - Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- At least 5 years of combined SAP or consulting IT experience
- Team member for at least TWO full life cycle SAP SD and ONE CRM Implementation
- At least ONE full life cycle SAP R/3 projects (as team lead)
- Heavy hands-on experience with various CRM application areas such as: Marketing /Pre-Sales /Sales / Services/ Analytics
- CRM system Configuration for Internet sales (B2C, B2B) & Service (ICSS) scenarios
- Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN
- Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best Practices
- Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business processes and work cohesively with project team members.
- 100% commitment for hands-on SAP configuration work
- Willingness to work in SD and/or CRM implementations as needed
Expertise:
- Hands on experience on latest releases: CRM 5.0, EP 7.0 with CRM 5.0 business package
- Extensive previous SD module configuration experience
- Previous implementation experience with small and midsize enterprises (SMBs) is a BIG PLUS
- Prior Big 4 consulting experience
Travel
- Typically our SAP professionals travel weekly (from Monday through Thursday).
- The majority of projects are located in East Coast and Midwest.
