Required - Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- At least 5 years of combined SAP or consulting IT experience
- At least TWO full life cycle SAP ABAP/4 project (team member or teal lead role)
- SAP ABAP/4 programming experience on 4.7 and higher
- Knowledge of ASAP methodology/SOLMAN
- Exposure/knowledge to SAP's Best Practices
- Interpersonal skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation/ leadership skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work independently, guide clients, understand business processes and work cohesively with project team members.
- 100% commitment for hands-on SAP configuration work
- Willingness to work in FI and/or CO implementations as needed
- Previous implementation experience with small and midsize enterprises (SMBs) is a BIG PLUS
- Prior Big 4 consulting experience is a BIG Plus
Expertise:
- Experience in requirements, gathering/definition, configuration, testing, cutover and support
- ABAP/4 programming in R/3 version 4.7 and higher
- Conversions, Interfaces, Upgrade and Migration
- Development skills should also include: ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, SAP Scripts/Smart Forms, Dialog, Reporting, Enhancements -BADIs, IDOC/ALE and BAPIs
- Experience with HR module
- Strongly desired: FI/CO, SD, and MM/PP/WM modules programming experience
Travel
- Typically our SAP professionals travel weekly (from Monday through Thursday).
- The majority of projects are located in East Coast and Midwest.
